Zhejiang Financial Leasing Co., Ltd (hereinafter refer to ZFL), with registered capital of RMB 516 million, is a non-banking financial institute engaged in financing leasing business approved at first by People’s Bank of China and then by China Banking Regulatory Commission. Over the past two decades since its founding, ZFL fully exertsing its peculiar function and advantage in promoting investment, technological improvement and taxation growth, has opend up a way for financial leasing developing with its own distinguishing feature and is highly appraised by local government, supervision department and industrial counterparts. Its style is praised as “Model of ZFL”. In recent years, in order to adapt to market development trend, adhering to professional, network, characteristic style, ZFL actively explores fields of public transportation, water affairs, printing machinary, construction machineryand medical equipment while further developing traditional leasing. By the end of 2005 ，ZFL had provided leasing services for 2,300 enterprises and financed RMB 37 billion which drove relevant investment of over RMB 179 billion and added value of over RMB 340 billion.
